Troubleshooting

Bad Accuracy

  • Try recalibrating the system, ensuring the object is positioned close to the camera.
  • Adjust the accuracy by setting an offset in the RobVision Trigger Node.
  • If the model misses parts or detects false positives, label real images from the line and train a refined model version — see Labeling & Fine-Tuning.

The Labeling tab says another member is currently annotating

Only one project member can label at a time. The project becomes available again shortly after the other member closes the labeling editor — including when they simply closed the browser tab or window.

A deployment failed on a Control Unit

The roll-out dialog reports the outcome per Control Unit; failed units stay selected. Check that the Control Unit is online and connected to its RobVision Device, then click Roll out again to retry the failed units.

"Train New Model Version" is disabled

Only one training can run per project at a time. Wait for the running training to finish, or stop it from the Models tab.

AI Segmentation is unavailable or still preparing

The AI Segmentation tool needs precomputed data per image, prepared on the server right after import. If an image was just imported, wait a moment and try again. Until then, the Brush and Polygon tools work normally.
